Cotu is the most happening concept venue in Singapore.. in case you haven’t heard about it.. Reimagined hospitality has truly come to life with C.O.T.U., a destination that seamlessly blends upscale dining, vibrant entertainment, and breathtaking views across the 38th and 39th floors of CapitaGreen. We were super delighted to have an overview of COTU's entire hospitality scape at this amazing new venue in Singapore. Sprawling across 18,000 square feet, this extraordinary venue is curated by an international team of award-winning hospitality experts and is set to reshape the entertainment landscape not just in Singapore, but across Asia, promising an immersive blend of sophisticated corporate lounges, exquisite dining, outdoor skypool and dynamic nightlife.

Dashi Go Go

Boutique Ultra Lounge Dashi Go Go is a high-energy lounge that exudes intimacy and sophistication, inspired by the Neo-Tokyo Bladerunner aesthetic. Designed for those who crave a unique nightlife experience, this exclusive space offers an atmosphere of discretion and excitement, accommodating up to 300 guests. It’s the ideal spot for those looking to immerse themselves in a suave yet vibrant nightlife scene.


We could truly see the rush of the golden era of the Ultra Lounge with the advent of Dashi Go Go.. Vibrant nightlife comes alive at Dashi GoGo Ultra Lounge, where bold and vibrant cocktails shine bright under the neon lights. The Tertiary Colours menu presents eight visually stunning drinks that blend fun, flavour, and creativity, waiting to be discovered. A kaleidoscope of colour and taste unfolds with each cocktail, from the mesmerizing colour-changing Blue-Violet spritz to the playful Yellow-Orange milk punch.


Timeless classics are reimagined with a twist, while innovative creations like the creamy and textural banana-infused Blanc, a variation on the famous Ramos Gin Fizz, delight the senses. Quick service and fun are the focus, making every drink perfect for a night out with friends or a special occasion. Premium bottle service options are also available, with no minimum spend. We love the vibrancy, psychedelic colours, bold cocktails and music from the DJ, just exquisite and voila, to the point! Amazing footwork here at Dashi Go-Go!

Dashi Sky Pool

Cloudside Pool Cabana

The first of its kind in an entertainment venue, Dashi Sky Pool offers a laid-back, luxurious escape with breathtaking views of the city skyline. Guests can indulge in floating film festivals, soak in the jacuzzi, or simply relax in a cabana with a cocktail in hand. With a sophisticated drinks program and a selection of picnic baskets, Dashi Sky Pool is where the day blends seamlessly into Singapore’s balmy night in an open-air setting.



Dashi Sky Pool presents a luxurious Okinawan-inspired oasis, where carefully crafted cocktails transport guests to a world of exotic destinations. The menu, designed as a fold-out map of far-flung hotspots, showcases six Instagram-worthy drinks that blend fun, flavor, and creativity. Fair Verona, a peachy Bellini variation, and Aeroeria Fergrandito, a refreshing swizzle of Cachaca and pineapple rum, are just two of the delights on offer. Blithe Spirits, a slushie twist on a Missionary's Downfall, and Market La Merced, a tap-served Batanga variation with a hint of spice, promise to tantalize the taste buds. Maria Magdelena, a Peruvian-inspired Pisco cocktail poured over shaved ice, and Golden Hexagon, a warm-weather Old Fashioned with golden rum and spiced rhubarb, complete the menu.

Little Birdie

An Experiential Cocktail Bar - Led by Elliot Pascoe, the creative force behind Sydney’s Bulletin Palace and Singapore’s 28 Hong Kong Street—both celebrated on the World’s 50 Best Bars list—Little Birdie is a cocktail bar hidden in plain sight. Guests will be greeted straight from the lifts into a space that’s a nod to the days when cocktails were about fun and surprise. With only 30 seats, this intimate, theatrical bar will take patrons on a journey with each drink, paired with an evolving food program that offers experiential omakase plates. Here, innovation and culinary delight dance together in perfect harmony.

“Being invited to be part of the C.O.T.U team by such nightlife titans is an incredible privilege. Singapore has never seen anything quite like this, and drawing from my journey through setting up award-winning bars, my aim at Little Birdie to instantly transport guests stepping out of the lifts, straight into a world of playful sophistication. Our goal is to create a playground for the palate, where each drink is a little adventure, and every visit to Little Birdie feels like discovering a new, fantastical world,” said Elliott.



As a Progressive Cocktail Bar, Little Birdie serves an array of delectable and well curated modern cocktails.. where head bartender Elliot Pascoe took us through behind the scenes of his distinct cocktail menu. Indeed an evening of gorgeous signature cocktails like Super Massive Blackhole and Luna Roja along with Provincial and Cave Nomad. CAVE Normand, a visual masterpiece featuring a frozen apple stalagmite intertwined with champagne, sets the tone for a mesmerizing experience. The Supermassive Black Hole, a cosmic concoction of rum, rye, and salted raspberry, based upon what we know of the actual smell of space - beckons exploration in a textured black ceramic mug.


The Alpine, a gin-based cocktail, catapults guests to the crisp heights of the Alps, complete with a rosemary glade and a whisper of menthol mist, while the Luna Roja recreates the enchantment of a red lunar eclipse with Racilla, kumquat, and creosote. The Cylindrical Forest, an enchanting blend inspired by Japan’s majestic peaks, is poured in a toasted bamboo cup, offering a taste of the untamed slopes in the wild. The Provincial, a rustic Calvados-based gimlet, rounds out the journey, evoking the rugged charm of the pristine alps.


At Little Birdie, where every sip soares to new heights, this luxurious cocktail nest reveals itself, with signature sips and unexpected flavours mingling in perfect harmony. With only 20 seats, this intimate perch offers a front-row seat to a culinary migration, where every drink is a new discovery, each garnish a delicate touch, and the ever-changing omakase menu orchestrates a seasonal symphony of flavors and sensations. Little Birdie's precision-poured cocktails are a testament to creativity and craftsmanship, waiting to be discovered. The sleek hexagonal menu, enhanced with augmented reality, presents six extraordinary cocktails, each a world of its own.

Enso Steakhouse

The Art of Modern Japanese Grill - Chef Alex Craciun, is leading his team of experts at Enso Steakhouse. Chef Alex's culinary journey spans esteemed kitchens, including Gordon Ramsay’s Maze in London, three-Michelin-starred  Kikunoi under Chef Yoshihiro Murata in Kyoto and RyuGin under Seiji Yamamoto in Tokyo. Under his leadership, this modern 72 seater Japanese steakhouse, with its in-house aged premium cuts and refined Japanese sensibilities, will offer an intimate dining experience with floor-to-ceiling windows and private dining options.


At Enso Steakhouse, diners can expect a harmonious fusion of tradition and innovation. The restaurant’s in-house aging process ensures that every bite of beef is a masterclass in flavor and texture, a nod to honoured techniques that are as relevant today as they were centuries ago. Beef that is tender, rich, and bursting with flavor, offering a taste experience that lingers long after the meal is over. The menu is a testament to meticulous craftsmanship, featuring signature dishes like Tableside Pressed Sushi and Potato Nigiri, where Japanese restraint meets New York’s unabashed flavours.



Whether for a business lunch or a special dinner, Enso promises an exquisite meal complemented by a stellar selection of wines, sakes, and food-focused cocktails. Chef Alex shared, “At Enso Steakhouse, we're reimagining the art of steak. Picture a traditional T-bone, but elevated with the grace and precision of Japanese culinary artistry. Their kitchen is a playground where classic meets contemporary—where the rich flavors of house-aged Wagyu meet the subtle elegance of Japanese techniques. From the first sizzle to the last bite, their goal is to create a dining experience that feels both luxurious and refreshingly innovative. The culinary magic extends beyond the grill—their dining program across C.O.T.U is a journey of flavour, from playful bites to elegant plates, all designed to surprise and indulge. It’s about turning every meal into an unforgettable experience.”



As the evening unfolds, Chef Alex Craciun, our visionary chef hosted us to an exclusive dinner at Enso, the modern Japanese inspired steakhouse. With floor-to-ceiling windows offering unobstructed views of Marina Bay, we enjoyed an immersive dining experience that is both intimate and grand. The ambiance is further enhanced by a meticulously tailored wine list and sake program.. just perfect..



We loved the Bream Sashimi comprising 6 Pcs of Yuzu Ponzu Myoga, Shiso Jalapeno Salad and Crispy Potato and then came along the Enso Signature Pressed Sushi before indulging in a fiery umami-centric Charcoal Roasted Bone Marrow packed with Tamarind, Serrano Chili Glaze and Toasted Sourdough, super yummy! We simply adored the meats.. the mains au naturele.. Panko Crusted Bone In Veal Cutlet melange from a Slow-Cooked Egg, Truffle Burnt Butter, Tableside Preparation, then we tried the Porterhouse Free Range, Dry Aged, Wanderer Beef, Australia which was uniquely tasty before sinking our bite on to a ½ Chicken Coal Roasted, comprising of Truffle, Mushroom, Vin Jaune and Mustard Leaves, which is just so tender!


The Sides were so good, mainly Creamed Spinach Crispy Shallots - so delicious and Jalapeno Mashed Potatoes as well as Crispy Fries Wagyu Fat, Kombu (best fries I have eaten in the past 10 years).. and the sauces & Butter especially Red Wine Parsley Butter so immersive in taste along with the Japanese Pepper Sauce.


The dessert accompaniment came through with a complex Japanese Citrus Parfait consisting of Yogurt Sorbet, Yuzu Lemon Curd, Finger Limes and Vanilla - refreshing and a slight acidc punch; the Tipsy Cake took time to prepare but it was well worth the wait.. a consolidated Warm Brioche, Hot Vanilla Brandy Cream, Roast Pineapple Salsa and Brandy Ice Cream, smashingly perfect and lastly we had the Chocolate & Salted Caramel Cake - White Sesame Mousse, Whiskey Chocolate Ice Cream, Black Olive Tuille and Chocolate, just fantastic!

Live Entertainment Cocktail Bar - Whisper Room is an all-day, high-energy cocktail parlour that transitions seamlessly from a daytime meeting spot with Japanese inspired high-teas and luscious culinary treats to an elegant, vibrant nightlife establishment. Inspired by the iconic New York jazz clubs, Whisper Room offers live performances, sunset jazz, and a DJ till 3 am, making it perfect for both business gatherings and social soirées. With 50 seats and standing room for 100, it’s a space where sophistication meets revelry.



Whisper Room's evolving drinking experience offers an extensive range of freshly crafted cocktails, from classic variations to innovative creations. Drawing inspiration from the vibrant NYC cocktail scene, our menu features a refined selection of mixed beverages with a touch of the wild and raucous. I am here to unwind to the smooth sounds of live jazz, basking in the breathtaking sunset views of Marina Bay while savouring delicious crafted cocktails and light bites. Splendid, together with Saloni and Jolie!


From the aromatised wine spritz of Lorem Ipsum to the textural variation of The Aviary Apple, each cocktail is a masterful blend of flavors and techniques. The menu also features a healthy non-alcoholic offering, including cold-brewed teas, non-alcoholic cocktails, and innovative bottle service. The cocktails and the refined bar snacks were truly elevated, giving a posh note to the entire chillout experience, nothing that we have experienced before, and for this, I truly salute the aura of the Whisper Room's energy and lingering objective to create this phenomenal concept!



Whether in the mood for a highball, sour, or something entirely new, our seasoned mixologists will guide the guests on a liquid journey through the fictional neighborhood of Synecdoche City, where East Harlem and Golden Gai meet in a beautiful chaos of jazz and cocktails.
