The projector’s larger panel size enhances light durability for precise control of each pixel to deliver brighter images. The use of a double micro-lens also minimises the overlap area of light for a more efficient production of 4K3 image quality, reducing brightness loss along the way.

Brilliantly coloured and detailed projections

The projector’s 4K image processing chip delivers 8.3 million pixels on-screen and enables real-time image analysis and optimal quality adjustments using Dynamic Tone Mapping and Frame Interpolation. Dynamic Tone Mapping enhances visuals by supporting HDR display on a scene-by-scene basis, and Frame Interpolation delivers smooth 4K visuals with reduced blur, providing users with optimal image quality and sharp, detailed images.

With higher brightness levels, the projected image colours are now more vivid and offer a wider range of brightness expressions. The new 4K image processing chip ensures bright images do not wash out and dark images are shown with precise black gradation, providing an unparalleled home entertainment experience.

Epson's High Dynamic Range performance, or HDR10, also faithfully replicates images by bringing out every dynamic detail, delivering a breathtaking viewing experience whether you’re watching a movie, sports or gaming.
