We were pretty amazed at the beautiful location, the convenience to many places of tourist attractions, dining and tea places, along with shopping opportunities in Melbourne City; as we visited friends in Carlton, South Bank and also made pit stops at Yarra Valley and Mornington Peninsula, it offered that amazing connection and accessibility to these places. In addition, there is a city tram stop right at the hotel entrance, which gives us a free passage to the city centre, and we could visit all the city sights, the city library and to visit all the local eateries, restaurants, cafes, pubs easily.. Truly loved this hotel and the convenience it offers!

The Check-in process was a totally smooth process, and it took less than 5 minutes, with easy parking arrangements for my rented MG SUV by the hotel staff. Service was impeccable and efficient, and the staff are truly service-centric which attests to the wonderful leadership of their General Manager, Mr Christopher Johns. I was also taken on a nice tour of the hotel by their Marketing and Digital Brand Manager, Ms Marisa Bolivar, so awesome to get a special tour and see the lovely rooms and scenic view encapsulating the hotel block!
