Grand Club Access

The Grand Club assures an extra-level of personalized service and amenities, with a private swimming pool and Concierge and Butler service. Here are rooms the size of suites, some on split level, with spacious bathrooms and balconies that open out to the tranquil water gardens and the sea. We love our special grand club suite, it was huge, and provided all the amazing comfort and luxury, and we like the fact that we can have a yummy breakfast laden with all the diverse range of culinary morning delights and also evening cocktail and bites at the exclusive Grand Club lounge, totally private and specially reserved for us, all this happening and well encapsulated within the cast landscape and pool-scape environs within the resort.

As we proceeded to the Grand Club lounge, which is located in an exclusive part of the resort, where free flow alcohol, drinks, snacks, bites, club burgers, fruits, coffee and tea were the order of the menu here.. truly special and amazing and loving each moment of this dynamic and private guest experience.. we wore an F&B band that gave us exclusive access to all the F&B venues at Grand Hyatt Bali. From beautifully manicured tropical gardens to a white, sandy beachfront, Grand Hyatt Bali offers numerous venues for weddings and receptions. Their breathtaking views set the perfect scene to create timeless memories on your special wedding day, and over the past 3 decades, it has been so popular to have weddings in Bali.

The beach was just superb and amazing and the sunsets that fall over the bali seascape are truly romantic and captivating; we saw many couples and families enjoying on the beach, the F&B venues and swimming pool all dispersed across the resort.

Dining F&B With 11 different and varying F&B venues and choices sprawled all over the entire resort, the @grandhyattbali truly leaves us with sweet tasty memories when we visited them. The meals were so captivating and memorable as we truly felt spoilt for choice, in terms of a diverse range, taste and quality. Spectacular!

Breakfast - Veranda Lounge and Bar, Nampu & Grand Club Lounge

We were given a choice to go to any restaurant we like, within Grand Hyatt Bali, for breakfast, so we took on the chance to have our buffet breakfast at the Veranda Lounge and also the Grand Club Lounge on separate mornings; the culinary offerings were just superb, tasting and so local that it shows the true essence of Balinese cooking; international F&B fare, cereal, milk, cheeses, sampling bites and fruits were also available so it was a fantastic and memorable time for us!

Nampu : Teppanyaki Dinner

Our first stop for F&B dining was Nampu, where we tried the Daikoku set comprising an Appetizer with a selection of daily sashimi, Sarada, Yaki Vasai; we also had a catch of the day seafood (snapper) with teriyaki sauce which was so delicious; we then had the Tajima beef rump steak, followed by the Half shell bamboo lobster with aioli sauce, Garlic Vegetable Fried Rice, Miso Shiro and dessert.

Nampu serves the finest authentic Japanese culinary experience in Bali where one can truly witness the magic of their skilled teppanyaki chefs (our chef is Hayyu) delivers culinary finesse in making our teppanyaki meal such a joy as he plays with antics to tempt us whilst cooking our dinner “live” right in front of us and transformed our evening into a captivating and unforgettable affair. At Nampu, one can savor the exquisite flavors and meticulous craftsmanship that embody the essence of Japanese culinary traditions.

Japanese cuisine at its best with open kitchens and a sushi bar. Serving authentic Japanese cuisine in a completely serene ambiance, Nampu offers a variety of dining experiences, including the main dining room which serves fresh sushi, sashimi, Yakitori and tempura, as well as Tatami room for private dining.

Watercourt - Lunch

The second pit-stop was the Watercourt where we found the beef rendang and nasi campur tantalizing and amazing...as we immerse ourselves in the enchanting tapestry of the archipelago's thousands of islands, where the captivating flavors and the intoxicating aromas of spices will transported our imagination to the very essence of paradise living. Collectively, we indulged in the authentic tastes of Indonesian cuisine, meticulously crafted in a warm, Balinese-style dining room, where the local culture comes alive.

As we stepped into the hallowed grounds of Watercourt, where we pay reverent tribute to the legendary water palaces and the serene fountains that captivate the hearts of Bali's visitors for generations, we cannot help but immerse ourselves in the enchanting tapestry of the archipelago's thousands of islands, where the captivating flavors and the intoxicating aromas of spices at the Watercourt, and get transported into the very essence of paradise living. We truly find ourselves indulging in the authentic tastes of Indonesian cuisine, meticulously crafted in a warm, Balinese-style dining room, where the local culture comes alive, complete with nature, flora and fauna all dispersed all around us.

Salsa Verde - Dinner

The final venue was Salsa Verde where we truly had beautiful pasta with clams - the tagliatelle vongole, calamari fritti, charcoaled King Prawns, wood fried seafood sourdough pizza and desserts in the form of Tiramisu and Torta el Limone, making this restaurant venue our top choice in this hotel. Elana took very good care of us, ensuring our every whim and fancy and ensuring that we had a wholesome meal of Italian fare with lovely cocktails, beer, bubbly and wine.

As we partake of the la dolce vita lifestyle when we stepped into Salsa Verde, we acclimatised by truly letting our senses be captivated by the sweet life of the Mediterranean. With a labyrinth of inviting pools and views of the ocean just beyond, the lush surroundings beneath a canopy of verdant greens took us to a natural oasis where we just indulge and take pleasure in the good life. A lovely dinner treat to a show featuring the talented chefs of Salsa Verde masterfully preparing each dish with unwavering passion and flair.

At Salsa Verde, one can savour a lively selection of antipasti, pizzas and seafood in a sunny setting. Italian cuisine sis erved in a casual setting by the main pool with the Indian Ocean as a backdrop. Pizzas from the wood burning oven, homemade pasta and other Italian specialties prepared using the freshest ingredients and local seafood. In the evening candles, moonlight and music transform Salsa Verde into a romantic and elegant venue for dining.

Kriya Spa : Balinese Massage

Kriya (meaning “Rituals”) Spa at Grand Hyatt Bali was inspired by the magnificent architecture of an ancient Balinese water palace and is the luxurious reflection of ancient traditions of wellness, a spectacle that unfolded in front of us one day this lovely month of January 2025. Kriya Spa offerings are based on the rituals of Bliss, Harmony, Purity and Energy and are specially designed for both relaxing and invigorating moments as well as detoxification. As my spa therapist Ita, worked on the finer protocols encapsulated in the Authetic Balinese Massage (I chose this massage); I could feel the rhythmic, vigorous strokes from Ita’s elbows and forearms working together to release tension and enhance flexibility.

This traditional therapy resonates throughout the body and truly helps to jump-start my metabolism. By incorporating the aromatic oils of cinnamon and ylang-ylang I could very well feel and experience a surge in energy and benefit from the elimination of toxins that is a natural by-product of this therapy. Wonderful afternoon!
