Singapore Yacht Show 2017

The Asian Premiers – More than ever before!

More of the world’s premier yachting brands are choosing the Singapore Yacht Show to debut their vessel than ever before. At SYS 2017 you will have the opportunity to be one of the first visitors to step onboard the massive tri-deck catamaran Charley, making her World Premiere at the Show.


Take a tour of one of the 14 stunning yachts presented by Boat Lagoon Yachting, the Show’s largest exhibitor. Making their Asia Pacific debuts are both the Princess S60, Princess 49 and Jeanneau’s Merry Fisher 895. The Princess 32M, P49 and Sun Odyssey will all make their Singapore debut.

Simpson Marine returns to the Show with two Asian Premiers, the Beneteau Oceanis Yacht 62 and the Beneteau Gran Turismo 46 which will be presented alongside the Lagoon 620 Essence and the Monte Carlo 6 both making their Singapore debuts, a firm-favourite, the Lagoon 450 will also be on display.


In partnership with its local dealer, Hong Seh Marine, the Ferretti Group will showcase five yachts at the Show, three of which will be making their regional debut; the brand-new Ferretti Yachts 450, the Pershing 5X and the Ferretti Yachts 700. Hong Seh will also present the Cranchi Z35 which will make her Asian debut and the unsinkable legend, Boston Whaler 370 Outrage.

Sunreef Yachts – Eagle Wings

Sunreef Yachts is returning again this year with the custom Sunreef 62 and Anette 2. This year together with the Sunreef Supreme 68 Eagle Wings, we will see the premiere of the custom Sunreef 62, and we are told that there will be a special VIP guest appearance too, so stay tuned!


Azimut Singapore will return with a prominent central location in the marina to display a range of yachts from 43ft to 95ft.


We welcome Sunseeker back to SYS with a display on B dock. Visitors will have the chance to experience the finest British craftsmanship first hand, meet the Sunseeker team and then relax in the Sunseeker lounge to learn about the full range of models available.

The Incredible Superyachts!

A line-up of outstanding superyachts, epitomizing the art of luxury yacht living, will be hard to miss at this year’s Show. Exhibiting for the third consecutive year, Benetti Yachts will be showcasing the superyacht Ambrosia. At 65 meters in length, she is as long as the wingspan of a 747 jet!

Visitors will have the opportunity to be one of the first to step onboard the 46-metre tri-deck catamaran Charley, making her World Premiere at the Show.


Film buffs will recognize the 41-meter M/Y Ocean Emerald, designed by Norman Foster, from the cult film, Point Break. The Princess 32’s main saloon, featuring vast windows on each side, showcases spectacular views of the sea that contrast the rich dark color palate used in the interiors.

The Toys – Dive in!

Explorer types will flock to the state-of-the-art submersibles by Triton Submarines. Prefer plush leather seating, mood lighting and surround sound while exploring the depths of the sea? Well then U-Boat Worx is absolutely worth a visit with their underwater virtual reality dive experience!


Funair’s motto of “Making Fun out of Thin Air” describes their philosophy perfectly as they deliver precision engineering inflatable slides, climbing walls and toys that will provide fun for all ages on your vessel, head down to the Docks to check out one of their impressive slides!


The on-water Demo Platform is where thrill seekers will be parked trying out first hand a large range of fun toys and yacht accessories, this year’s activities will include FlyBoard demonstrations, stand-up paddleboarding and kayaking.


Supercars on Parade

In addition to many premier luxury boating and yachting brands how could one not include luxury automobiles in the mix? Returning once again to the Singapore Yacht Show, visitors are in for a treat with some of the most impressive examples of luxury automobile excellence. SYS 2017 will welcome the Ferrari, Lamborghini and Bentley car owner clubs for the Supercar Parade on Saturday and Sunday afternoons – be sure not to miss out.


Lounging

We’re delighted to have partnered with Singapore Beverages Pte Ltd (‘SingBev’), Singapore’s leading drinks importation and distribution company. SingBev, with its impressive range of brands from Lanson champagne through to Singleton whisky, will ensure that there’s no excuse to not have a well-filled glass throughout the Show!


Other leisure highlights at this year’s Show will include The Lawn, a vibrant pop-up lounge which will feature one bar pouring Pimm’s cocktails, and a second bar pouring Tanqueray cocktails to keep you refreshed. ONE°15’s Boater’s Bar will be transformed into a chic Lanson Champagne Lounge. And visitors will also be able to try out The Singleton Sensorium’s immersive virtual reality experience in the Show’s new Whisky Bar.

All hospitality spaces will be open to the Show’s visitors daily from 3pm – 9pm.


World Premiere of the Whisky Watch

The Singapore Yacht Show is proud to host the world’s premiere of the Whisky Watch, a unique and highly collectible watch. Conceived by Wealth Solutions and Louis Moinet CEO and creative director Jean-Marie Schaller, created by the Louis Moinet Atelier, and presented in Singapore by the B28 Whisky Fund; the Whisky Watch is a limited edition work of mechanical art. The Whisky Watch is not merely a timepiece measuring hours, minutes and seconds, but a time capsule housing drops of the world’s oldest whisky – Old Vatted Glenlivet 1862 – within its case.
